Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before digital delivery begins or before custom service work starts. Contact [email protected] immediately with your order number and the product purchased.
After a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or custom work has begun, cancellation may not be available. We may cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, card testing, missing intake information, legal restrictions, or requests outside the published scope.
